Honoring Elders
Happy August, Sweet Friends. This week in our study of the Ten Commandments, we are in Exodus 20:12 — Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land that the LORD your God is giving you. We are praying that you will come away from your time in God's Word with a fresh, expanded appreciation for this command and the elders in your life.

Honoring God’s Name
Welcome to the fourth week and the third command in our study of the Ten Commandments. Have you ever quietly discarded a name tag without wearing it when someone spelled your name incorrectly? Our names are part of our identities, so naturally they become a topic of conversation. This week we're going to discuss names, specifically how we honor the name and character of the Lord.
Reflecting His Image

They are meant to compliment the chapter and as points to discuss with friends, not as a replacement for her excellent questions for reflection. Today we're digging into Exodus 20:4-6 as we consider the undiminished worship of our Creator God.
