A big thank you to Jamie Harms for leading our First Thessalonians study on Thursdays this fall as we joined the UFC family in exploring six discipleship practices that characterize our church. On Thursday, we wrapped up our study with a review and a brief look ahead to what’s next for UFC Women as we approach Thanksgiving and Christmas. Below you’ll find a brief review of our study from Jamie and a glimpse of several things we’re looking forward to in the coming weeks. Watch for a Thanksgiving post this Sunday, November 21 and an advent series beginning Sunday, November 28. We don’t want you to miss a single post, so make sure you’ve signed up below to follow the blog.
Thursday’s Teaching
Upcoming for UFC Women

Agape Families is hosting Eugene and Salem Christmas reunions on December 4 and 5, and volunteers are needed both before and at the events. Can you join a gift wrapping party to prepare gifts for the children blessed through Agape? Or can you give of your time at the party itself? Click here to sign up. Let’s show up in a big way to help with this amazing ministry.
The next few weeks, we will be sharing some holiday events that we are excited about. We would love for you to join us for one or more of these events as we engage with our community and share the love of Jesus with others! If you have items to share, we’d love to hear from you at ufcwomen.blog@gmail.com.
