The women’s ministry team cordially invites the women of UFC to a fall retreat the weekend of September 24-26 at Aldersgate Retreat Center outside Salem. We have designed the weekend as a sweet pause from the busyness of life to reconnect with our sisters in Christ. Given the times in which we live, we are offering two different options to participate, so all might be comfortable joining us — a weekend ticket and a Saturday ticket. Here’s a quick look at what we’re planning:
- The Weekend Ticket $195. The first option which we would love to have you consider is joining us for all three days (Friday- Sunday). Your ticket includes two nights of accommodations, five meals, an evening of worship, workshops, teaching session, crafts, and games. We will stay on Sunday morning to watch the livestream together before heading home.
- The Saturday Ticket $65. For those of you who cannot stay with us overnight, we invite you to come up on Saturday. Besides lunch and dinner being provided for you, you will be able to attend all the hands-on workshops that will lead into our teaching and worship time. Even if you can only come Saturday, we plan on providing you time to find refreshment and encouragement physically and spiritually.
The content of the workshops and teaching session will center on the six things that define us at UFC — learning, communion, community, compassion, formation, and evangelism.
