Let’s Pause Together

Prayer: Lord, I come into Your presence and open Your Word expectantly. You have said that the words of Your mouth will never return to You empty (Isaiah 55:11), and I am confident that You have something for me today — and for more than 100 women who are pausing with these passages today. Do Your work in us for Your glory and our good. I love You, Lord.

Chloe Lindsey is today’s audio voice. She is married to Cameron, and they have two little girls and a son on the way. A couple of Chloe’s favorite things are being with her crazy and silly family, quiet time with her coffee, and decorating and making their home warm and cozy. One day she hopes to open her own business, but until then, she loves being home with their little ones. As she wrangles toddlers for a living, Chloe doesn’t always find it easy to carve out time with the Lord to feel rested and rejuvenated, but she’s learning to appreciate little moments to be in God’s presence. When Daniel Tiger is playing or the kids are down for a nap, she pauses with a devotional on her Bible app or journals a prayer.
