Psalm 110 is a prophetic psalm written by David about the Father speaking to His Son, the Messiah: "Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool." God describes Jesus as one in a current, kingly position (my Lord), as having power and authority (sit at my right hand), and as yielding final judgment at the end of time (until I make your enemies your footstool).
